Installation time depends on the size and complexity of your mezzanine. A typical office mezzanine (50-100m²) can be installed in 3-5 days. Larger industrial projects may take 1-2 weeks. We work around your schedule to minimize disruption—including evenings and weekends if needed.

As a general rule, you'll need a minimum ceiling height of around 4.5 meters to install a mezzanine with comfortable headroom both above and below. For office use, building regulations require 2.4m minimum headroom. We'll assess your space during the free site survey and advise on what's achievable.

Every mezzanine is engineered to your specific load requirements. Office mezzanines typically support 3.5-5 kN/m² (suitable for desks, people, and light equipment). Industrial and storage mezzanines can be designed for much higher loads—up to 15 kN/m² or more for heavy machinery and pallet storage.
